While Stage continues to handle workspace design, delivery, sales, and marketing, Workplace+ now serves as the managing agent for occupiers, providing on-floor services and managing property costs.

Workplace+ takes care of the on-floor services, including cleaning, maintenance, facilities management, and connectivity, whilst maintaining a seamless experience for occupants. Additionally, they handle property costs and associated outgoings, collecting a single monthly payment from the occupier and passing through rent, service charges, and insurance to the landlord.

A Stage Managed workspaces provides the occupier with the following Core Services:

• A single simple monthly payment plan and invoice management service
• A dedicated account manager, providing day to day office management and on floor FM
• Cleaning and waste management, arranged as often as required
• Fibre connectivity and management
