Lead agent providing design and refurbishment advise on a 100,000 sq ft 1950’s office refurbishment in Holborn. Instrumental in leading a competitive process to secure a flexible office operator for the building prior to construction commencing.

Following the purchase of the asset in conjunction with the Fund and Asset Manager I led a strategic review of the asset and developed and implement a strategy to retained and grow income towards a block date which would enable a much large site redevelopment which is planned to commence in 2024.

Design, layout and marketing advice on a new 100,000 sq ft office and retail building. Personally, identified and led the negotiations on a pre letting of the entire building, three months prior to PC, to Framestore, for their new London HQ.

Lead agent in the design, refurbishment, leasing and marketing advice on a 58,000 sq ft HQ office building. The building was comprehensively refurbished achieving a BREEAM rating of Excellent. The building was shortlisted for the BCO office refurbishment award. Working closely with the asset manager and legal team the building was successfully let to 4 tenants, including, Engine Group and Dreamworks.
