We are delighted to have acted on behalf of Coros in the acquisition of their new London office.
After getting to know the Coros leadership team and those who were going to be based in London, the Coros values and principles really helped to define the search brief.
After a short search of the open market and a dive into the Stage contact book, we sourced an off-market opportunity on Shaftesbury's internationally famous Carnaby Estate. We identified the 3rd floor workspace at 27 Kingly Street which benefited from a high-quality fit-out meaning Coros could be in occupation within their set timeframe and set about establishing and building their business platform here in the UK.
A lease was signed within 8 weeks of our instruction to acquire workspace. It was a pleasure working with Coros and the legal team at Osbourne Clarke. We look forward to building the relationship and working with Coros on future real estate projects as they establish a foothold in the London market.
